A nursery for our littlest 🫶🏻 When it came time to design a nursery for our fourth baby—our sweet little boy—I wanted the space to feel timeless, serene, and filled with meaningful touches. We converted our small office and used a classic blue-and-white palette. While the room has subtle nods to the sea—like soft stripes—the overall feel leans more into a classic and collected style. When my life was turned upside down in 2020 due to a breast cancer diagnosis, it felt like my dream to welcome another baby into our family (amongst so many other dreams too) was gone in a blink. Because of treatment options and research (and let’s be real, fighting like heck), I get to witness joy in the everyday, celebrate the little & the big things and finally meet that little one we’ve wanted for so long.

But you have three kids to chase after and a heaaavy car seat waiting for you at the end of your pregnancy. Those infant car seats don’t carry themselves. 💪🏻

I started lifting weights nearly 3 years ago and it’s the best thing I’ve done for myself, especially as a mom. Definitely don’t start something during pregnancy that you weren’t doing before. I’ve also been working with a trainer to make sure I’m moving my body safely. But with a normal pregnancy & the blessing from your doctor, it is possible. See you soon number 4! 🤍

Let’s make a statement orchid arrangement with a few things I picked up from the flower market. I used 5 orchids here that were $10 each. A couple tips:

🌿 grab a bag of orchid bark to line your vessel. It helps to keep the orchids in place once you’ve arranged them.

🌿 stick with an odd number of orchids - it will make it more visually appealing.

🌿 top the arrangement off with moss and add a few succulents and branches if you’d like to add height & texture.

🌿keep the orchids in their plastic pots and water the pots directly every few days. Make sure to not overwater.

🌿 I love this footed compote. You can also use a vintage porcelain planter.
