I always feel refreshed and inspired after a week in the desert… especially in the spring when everything is in bloom and the warm temps are starting to sink into the late of the night. This past week we ventured out to a few favorite restaurants including The Pantry at The Holiday House and SO PA at L’Horizon. I spent some time at my favorite vintage store, Pink Cactus and made plenty of homemade lemonade spritzers. Just a squeezed lemon a bit honey simple syrup and filled to the brim with sparkling water. SO delightful.
