Spring is here, which means Easter is right around the corner! One of my favorite traditions is putting together Easter baskets for my littles. While I always include a few sweet treats—these chocolates and these gummies are a must—I love focusing on trinkets and treasures that spark creativity, imagination, and play. Sharing a few other “better” candy options here.
This year, I’ve found so many charming basket fillers that I can’t wait to share! Swimsuits are a perfect addition, especially with warm weather on the horizon. A classic patterned short or a darling floral one-piece will be just right for upcoming beach days and poolside fun. I’m also including some special French toys—ballerina dress-up dolls, and nature adventure boxes. Of course, a well-filled basket needs some playful trinkets! Carrot markers, train sets, books, and tag-along toys make for hours fun, while soft bunny plushies and pastel-colored hair bows add a festive touch. I even found these adorable gingham pajamas that will be perfect for cozy spring mornings!
And let’s not forget the baskets themselves—I’ve been loving all the beautiful options available this year. This rattan one is a classic keepsake, but I also adore a timeless gingham style. We have wire baskets in our house similar to this one, they are timeless and great for storing toys and plushies in the playroom for the rest of the year. No matter how you fill them, I hope you find unique and thoughtful gifts for your littles and have the sweetest Easter celebration!
