Last month our family spent spring break in Florida and did a quick 24 hours in Coral Gables before heading to the Gulf Coast. Going to college in Miami, I was eager to get back and bring the kids! We stayed at the new Loews property in Coral Gables. I knew I was in for a treat but was blown away! Coral Gables has changed so much since I went to UM and this property is now the center of Coral Gables. I can’t wait to go back to a football game! xx Mary

Start your day with coffee and fresh pastries from Miami Joe Coffee Co and head over to Vizcaya, a stunning Italian Renaissance-style villa located just 12 min from the hotel before the temps start to rise.
Next is lunch at Mandolin before heading back to the Loews for a dip in the pool and an afternoon cocktail at Phineas. The views of Coral Gables from this 9th-floor rooftop are spectacular and something you don’t want to miss. If time allows, make a stop at the spa for a massage or facial before heading back to your room to get dolled up for dinner.
Dinner, at Americana Kitchen, a delicious farm-to-table restaurant with a modern twist. Make sure to grab a nightcap at the bar.. the collins is perfection.
