Here’s what we’re cooking this week and the recipe links are below! I hope it’s helpful and you get to enjoy a recipe or two
Monday: Cauliflower Chowder
Tuesday: Thai Quinoa Salad and rice spring roll wraps with chicken, veggies and peanut sauce
Wednesday: Turkey Meatballs & roasted cauliflower (I’ll cook up some pasta for the kids) – I triple the recipe and freeze the extras to use for lunches, quick dinners and kids lunches.
Thursday: Everyday Shaved Kale and Brussels Salad Recipe with Sweet and Spicy Glazed Wild Salmon
Friday: Pizza Balls – a twist on our traditional Friday pizza night!
Saturday: Out for the evening! Calling a babysitter & frozen TJs pizza!
Sunday: A Sesame Salad with Slow-Cooker Whole Chicken with Potatoes
Prepping these Protein Power Bites to have on hand this week along with a dozen hard-boiled eggs. We’ll be having these Cinnamon Baked Apples for dessert this week. I’ll also be prepping this Classic Chicken Salad on Monday to have for lunch throughout the week. I love to eat it with these crackers.
