I will be making these Healthy Peanut Butter Rice Krispie Treats as an after-school snack this week!
Monday: Slow Cooker Thai-Inspired Peanut Chicken with Sticky Coconut Purple Rice
Tuesday: Blackened Chicken and Sweet Potato Bowls, repeat from last week because it was THAT good – I made extra kale salad and had it for lunch with the dressing all week!
Wednesday: Quick Pumpkin Rigatoni with Candied Prosciutto.
Thursday: crunchy baked beef tacos, I will probably sub out ground turkey for beef
Friday: Pizza night & our first day of making Christmas cookies – here’s the recipe we’re trying!
Saturday: The kitchen is closed!
Sunday: Cheddar Broccoli Chicken Pot Pie
