A strawberry cake for my birthday this week! One edit! I subbed out the freeze dried strawberries (I was worried about the chunky consistency) and pureed an extra basket of berries to use for the frosting. I added 1/4 cup of cooked down strawberry puree to the frosting recipe. It required a little extra powdered sugar to get the consistency just right!
