A signature cocktail – the Aperol spritz. Vibrant orange hues, refreshing bubbles & a zest for life come together in the best way! Ciao summer and all the spritzes!

Here’s a classic Aperol Spritz recipe for you:

Ingredients:

  • 3 ounces (90 ml) Aperol
  • 3 ounces (90 ml) prosecco
  • 1 ounce (30 ml) soda water
  • Ice cubes
  • Orange slice, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Fill a large wine glass or a spritz glass with ice cubes.
  2. Add the Aperol to the glass.
  3. Pour in the prosecco.
  4. Top it off with soda water.
  5. Stir gently to combine the ingredients.
  6. Garnish with an orange slice.
  7. Serve and enjoy!

You can adjust the amount of Aperol and prosecco based on your personal preference. If you like a slightly sweeter taste, you can add a splash of orange juice to the mix as well. Cheers!
