What we’re having for dinner this week!

Monday: Baked Chicken tacos, a family favorite, and a great way to mix in some extra veggies.
Tuesday: Chicken Fried Rice, but swapping out for ground turkey
Wednesday:Tomato Soup with Grilled Cheese. I love adding white beans for a little added protein and creaminess.
Thursday:Baked One Pan Garlic Butter Coconut Salmon
Weekend: Sweet Potato Cheddar BBQ Chicken Burgers
Snack Recipe:Cream Cheese Swirled Pumpkin Bread with Salted Maple Butter. Bring on the pumpkin-flavored bites.
Salad Recipe: Copy-Cat Not So Fried Chicken Salad
