Freshly squeeze 4 Meyer lemons. I love this press to quickly squeeze without the mess. Muddle a big handful of blackberries (10 or so) and the leaves from 5 sprigs of mint into a mortar and pestle. Add lemon juice, agave, blackberry, mint and gin (or vodka) to a cocktail shaker and toss in a few ice cubes. Shake thoroughly.
Pour into a pitcher, add sparkling water or tonic water and stir.
Fill each glass with ice and divide the mixture up divide mixture from shaker. I topped my drinks off with a splash of champagne.
